Friendly staff who went out of their way to help.
The WiFi connection was poor and frequently disconnected. The noise levels from neighboring rooms were unbearable, with loud music and conversations continuing late into the night. The layout of the room felt outdated and could use some modernization to enhance comfort.

Exceptional hotel in a quiet area so close to is really within walking distance, and Rocky Mount. Pleasant, courteous people working here. Great and unbeatable location, 15 minutes' walk to Golden East Crossing Mall. A great selection of food options not too far away from the venue.

Clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed. AC worked great, keeping the room cool despite the heat outside. Kitchenette was a nice addition, allowing me to prepare some meals instead of eating out. The manager's communication was timely and helpful, especially for late check-in. I had a couple of frustrating issues. The remote in the living room was not working properly, made watching TV difficult. I noticed some areas in the room felt a bit outdated and could use modernization. Despite these inconveniences, the overall experience was satisfactory, and I'd consider staying again.

i had a much better experience this time compared to my previous stay. the staff was friendly, and the place was clean and inviting. i appreciated the accommodating service and the cozy feel of the room, which really made my solo trip enjoyable.
the water pressure in the shower was weak.

I recently enjoyed a couple of days at affordable suites and was actually surprised. My previous stay in the city wasn't as great, but this time the spacious suite and full kitchen were nice. Everything was clean and just what i needed for a relaxing stay.
